[ Understanding Wall Decals ]
Our wall decals are crafted from premium vinyl featuring a semi-adhesive backing, which is applied using transfer paper.
[ Application Instructions ]
Step 1: This step is crucial! Carefully prepare your wall using a damp cloth and mild soap. Rinse thoroughly and let it dry.
Step 2: Using green painter's tape, mark the center where you want to place your decals. TIP: A tape line along the bottom will help ensure that your decals are applied evenly.
Step 3: Warm the transfer tape by rubbing it with your hands on a flat surface. Gently peel back a corner to check if the decal lifts easily. If it’s being stubborn, it’s likely too cold. In this case, use a hair dryer to warm and activate the transfer tape, then rub it again.
Step 4: Turn the decal upside down and carefully peel off the backing to expose the adhesive side of the decal and transfer tape.
Step 5: Align the bottom of the decal with your prepared line and gently press it onto the wall.
Step 6: Using a squeegee, start rubbing from the center to the left, then to the right, to prevent air bubbles from forming. Work your way down from the top of the decal.
Step 7: Finally, give a firm rub (especially for smaller vinyl pieces). Slowly peel the transfer tape back onto itself, rolling it backwards until the decal is fully adhered and the transfer tape is removed..
To Remove Decals:
Apply heat from a hairdryer and slowly roll the decal back on itself. Avoid pulling it towards you to prevent paint damage.
 Note that adhesive may cause peeling on eggshell paints.
